Starting Monday, May 2nd we will have our first Fitness Club lifting session. These are extended hours in the gym from 8-10 pm where anyone that has any questions on proper training technique, nutrition, etc can come in and get any help they may need from our specialists. We will have multiple personal trainers and a dietitian onsite so you can get help with anything fitness and health related in your life. This is a safe and welcoming time for any level of fitness and we encourage everyone to come. Thanks and hopefully I'll see you all there! Happy training!
